Families Helping Families is born...

Welcome to the Families Helping Families non-profit charity blog!

We are an on going, non-profit, charity that enables families to help families who have been displaced due to wild fires.  We realize that insurance companies provide a pay out to families who have experienced the tragedy of losing their home, but we also feel that when these families are provided with the essential staples (i.e. pots, pans, detergents, cleaners, utensils, etc.) they will be better suited to use the funds they receive to provide for their families needs.

We accept donations of new or 'lovingly used' (VERY gently used) household items, money, or services that will benefit a family who is approved by families helping families.
